Fundador de <strong>XPIRAL <em>innovative answers<\/em><\/strong> 1997 con sede en Murcia y Barcelona, y profesor\u00a0 en el <strong>IAAC <em>Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia<\/em><\/strong> de Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante los \u00faltimos 15 a\u00f1os, en su pr\u00e1ctica docente ha trabajado como profesor universitario dirigiendo sus propias unidades docentes as\u00ed como Workshops, en Universidades tales como el <strong>MIT<\/strong>, el <strong>IAAC<\/strong>, la <strong>UIC-Esarq<\/strong>, la <strong>Universidad de Alicante<\/strong> y la <strong>Universidad de Alcal\u00e1 de Henares<\/strong>. Recientemente en el IAAC ha sido director de M\u00e1ster en el taller Self-sufficient Buildings y profesor de la l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n OTF,\u00a0 dando continuidad a una intensa\u00a0 labor docente en la Universidad de Alicante durante 12 a\u00f1os, en\u00a0 la cual emprende su proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n docente \u2018Taller YRBG, para el futuro del Proyecto de fin de carrera\u2019. \u00a0Entre los workshops destacan la <em>V Bienal de Arquitectura y Dise\u00f1o de Sao Paulo<\/em> 2003, 7 \u2018Ideas of Beauty\u2019 Madrid 2005, &#8216;<em>Talento y Talante&#8217;<\/em> Santander 2005, SAW 2011 en Sofia y MIT-IAAC workshop junto con Andrew Scott 2012. Desde 1997 en su pr\u00e1ctica profesional, como responsable del equipo <strong>XPIRAL <em>innovative answers<\/em><\/strong>, dirige el desarrollo de distintas propuestas que exploran alternativas, a problemas adisciplinares, apoyadas en las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y recursos multimedia, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la arquitectura, el urbanismo y el dise\u00f1o. Asumiendo como criterio la formaci\u00f3n permanente y evoluci\u00f3n creativa el hecho de realizar numerosos viajes por distintos pa\u00edses, as\u00ed como el concepto \u2018<em>Tuning<\/em>\u2019 como actitud ante la realidad existente, como mejora arquitect\u00f3nica, urbana o territorial, un proceso de dise\u00f1o que conecta maquetas, prototipos y f\u00e1bricas, que simultanea los formatos de producci\u00f3n de proyecto con los de producci\u00f3n material. Desarrolla su pr\u00e1ctica cr\u00edtica participando en diversas conferencias, mesas redondas y exposiciones, en ciudades como Barcelona, Lima, Londres, Moscow, Madrid, Sau Paulo, Panam\u00e1, Argel\u2026 \u00a0Algunas de las exposiciones m\u00e1s relevantes han sido la <strong>Vlll <em>Bienal de Arquitectura de Venecia<\/em><\/strong> 2002, la Exposici\u00f3n de Arquitectura Espa\u00f1ola \u2018On Site\u2019 celebrada en el <strong>MoMA<\/strong> de New York 2006, la exposici\u00f3n de arquitectura espa\u00f1ola <strong><em>Innovaci\u00f3n Abierta<\/em><\/strong> realizada en Panam\u00e1 2011 y la exposici\u00f3n \u2018<strong><em>100 architects of the year<\/em><\/strong>\u2019 en Se\u00fal 2012. \u00a0Ha sido galardonado con numerosos premios, entre los que destacan el concurso <strong>Europan 6 <\/strong>ganado y construido, Finalista en los Premios <strong>FAD<\/strong> 2000, Finalista en los Premios <strong>SALONI<\/strong>, Primer Premio <em>Barrio de la Paz<\/em> de Murcia 2006, Seleccionado en los <strong>premios Mies Van der Rohe<\/strong> 2009, finalista en el <strong>ONE PRIZE<\/strong> de Nueva York 2011, <strong><em>AIT Awards<\/em><\/strong><em> premios de espacio p\u00fablico<\/em> 2012 y seleccionado por su trayectoria en los <strong><em>Iakov Chernikhov prize<\/em><\/strong> 2012.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>JAVIER PE\u00d1A GALIANO<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>(Murcia 1966) <\/strong>Architect graduated from the ETSAM in 1992. Founder of <strong>XPIRAL <em>Innovative answers<\/em><\/strong> in 1997 with headquarters in Murcia and Barcelona, \u200b\u200band professor at the <strong>IAAC <em>Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia<\/em><\/strong> in Barcelona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">During the last 15 years, in his pedagogical practice he has worked as a university professor directing his own Units and Workshops in universities such as <strong>MIT<\/strong>, <strong>IAAC<\/strong>, <strong>UIC-Esarq<\/strong>, <strong>University of Alicante<\/strong> and <strong>University of Alcal\u00e1 de Henares<\/strong>. Since 1997 he manages <strong>XPIRAL <em>Innovative answers<\/em><\/strong> firm, leading the development of several proposals that explore alternatives to no discipline problems, supported by new technology and multimedia resources, beyond the architecture, urbanism and design. Assuming the criteria of lifelong learning and the creative evolution the fact to be constantly moving around different countries, and the &#8216;Tuning&#8217; concept like attitude to the existing reality, as architectural improvements, urban or territorial, a design process that connects models, prototypes and factories, production formats are working simultaneously with materia production. He develops his critical practice participating in diverse conferences, round tables and exhibitions in cities such as Barcelona, \u200b\u200bLima, London, Moscow, Madrid, Sau Paulo, Panama, Algiers &#8230; Some of the most important exhibitions he has displayed his architecture works are the <strong>Vlll Venice Architecture Biennale<\/strong> 2002 , Spanish Architecture Exhibition &#8216;On Site&#8217; held at <strong>MoMA<\/strong> in New York 2006, the Spanish architecture exhibition <strong><em>Innovaci\u00f3n Abierta<\/em><\/strong> held in Panama 2011 and the exhibition &#8216;<strong><em>100 architects of the Year<\/em><\/strong>&#8216; in Seoul 2012.
